“Please talk to me” – heartbroken Thomas Markle BEGS Meghan, his daughter
Thomas Markle has revealed that he is “heartbroken” because he texts Meghan Markle “every day” and receives no response.
The 76-year-old went on Good Morning Britain to discuss the feud and pleaded for the former Suits actress to talk with him.
Piers Morgan asked about the present state of affairs between the former cinematographer and his daughter.
He told the presenters and viewers that he texts his daughter every day but never gets a reply.
“Well, I'm very saddened by it; I'm not sure why it's happening, and I'm waiting; I'm reaching out,” Thomas said.
“I've been trying to call her every day for weeks, and I've tried to text her every day.

“All I do is keep telling her to answer to me. I've even written a letter.”
In his messages to his daughter, he writes: “I love you so much, you're my daughter, and I'd just like to hear from you,” he told Susanna Reid. And get in touch with me.”
“I don't know what's really going on right now; we had our disagreements about my heart attack at the start.”
“They believe everything they read in the papers; they used to tell me not to read such things, but now they do, and they think I'm saying things I'm never saying,” he added.
“I've been silent for six months and no one has responded, no one has spoken to me. It perplexes me greatly.”
Thomas Markle responds to Meghan's Oprah interview, claiming she exaggerated royal bigotry
Meghan Markle's estranged father implied on Tuesday that during her interview with Oprah Winfrey, his daughter exaggerated bias in the British royal family.
Thomas Markle told ITV's Good Morning Britain that the couple's two-hour conversation with Winfrey was “way over the top,” and that a member of the royal family could have posed a “dumb question” about her potential child's skin color.
He downplayed Meghan and Harry's claims that an anonymous member of the royal family had worried about the color of her baby's face.
“This entire thing about the baby's color and how dark it is is nonsense,” Markle, who is white and Meghan's mother is black, said.
Simultaneously, he expressed his displeasure with his daughter's admission that she felt suicidal since joining the royal family in 2018.
“I would have been there for her if I had known she had psychiatric issues,” he said.
He said, however, that Meghan had “pretty much ghosted” her American family and “had no one to reach out to.”
Meghan Markle is allegedly ‘controlling,' according to Thomas.
“She's always been a really commanding person and that's part of her personality,” he told the presenters and the audience.
“It's in her character for her to be in control.”
