King Charles III: Will Prince Andrew’s Future in the Royal Family be Determined by the Late Queen’s Funeral?

The passing of II has brought the royal family together, despite their differences.

, Prince Harry, and all had the opportunity to reconcile with the elder royals after the Queen's death.

The royal family's demonstration of unity has raised hopes for a resolution to the family's dilemma, but it remains unclear whether the funeral was successful in mending past scars.

Fitzwilliams believes that Andrew has no future as a senior working royal under King Charles.

According to Fitzwilliams, Charles is lucky to have Camilla, his new queen consort, by his side.

She is supportive and will be a great asset to him in the future.

However, reports suggest that lobbied the Queen to stop Charles from becoming king.

This is not surprising, given that the two brothers have rarely gotten along well together, in part because they have quite different personalities, ideals, and views on life.

Andrew tried to persuade the Queen to oppose Charles marrying Camilla by being venomous, unpleasant, useless, and quite nasty about Camilla.

He believed that Camilla was not to be trusted and insufficiently aristocratic.

Additionally, Andrew had desired to push Prince Charles aside in order to become regent to , who was then a teenager.

Andrew appears to be concerned that he will be expelled from his residence, the royal lodge, and thrown to the wolves now that Charles is the new king.

The Duke was desperately unhappy with life in the royal family, and Meghan gave Harry the biggest courtesy by taking him out of the royal family.
