Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Drop Lower in the Royal Family Rankings
After attending Queen Elizabeth II's funeral last week, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry returned to California.
However, it seems that the couple is worried about their position within the royal family.
According to an expert, they may be slowly being eased out of the picture.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were recently sent to the bottom of the official royal website, with their profiles appearing only above Prince Andrew.
This move has caused concern among the couple's supporters, as they were previously listed halfway down the page of royal profiles, below senior royals and above minor members of the family.
The website update followed the Queen's death, as King Charles took over from his beloved mother's duties.

Royal biographer Phil Dampier told The Sun Online that Harry and Meghan must be worried about being edged out of the royal family.
He believes that King Charles is hesitating on whether to grant prince and princess titles to Archie and Lilibet, which is another indicator that they are not seen as working royals.
The fact that they have been demoted on the palace website is another cause for concern.
Meghan and Harry are waiting to find out if their children will be given prince and princess titles as King Charles dishes out new roles.
However, when the couple made the decision to move to the United States in 2020, the Queen made it clear that it is not possible to continue with the responsibilities and duties that come with a life of public service.
Mr Dampier believes that King Charles and Prince William are likely to feel the same way.
He said that the king will want to make it clear that they are not working royals and cannot pose as semi-official royals.
They are relegated to the bottom of the league table with disgraced Prince Andrew, and at the moment, there is no way of them climbing up it.
The recent changes to the website are said to reflect the role played by working members of the monarchy, rather than the order of succession.
Royal biographer Angela Levin believes the page is an accurate reflection of that.
She thinks that putting Harry at the bottom is a sort of safety valve, as people don't expect anything from them.
The amendments to the website come amid rumors of a slimmed-down monarchy being favored by King Charles III moving forward.
In order to make this possible, the king may remove key family members from the firm.
Mr Dampier told The Sun that the king will want to make it clear that they are not working royals and cannot pose as semi-official royals.
It is understood that recent changes to the website were used to reflect the role played by working members of the royal family, as opposed to the line of succession.
A Buckingham Palace spokesperson said that updating live on a website doesn't quite work, and they will be working through updating the website as and when they get information.
Overall, it seems that Meghan and Harry's position within the royal family is uncertain.
The fact that they have been moved down the rankings on the official website suggests that they may not have a significant role to play in the future.
While they wait to find out if their children will be given prince and princess titles, it remains to be seen what their future holds.
