Meghan Markle’s Dance at Kensington Palace Mocked by Fans

A clip of dancing freely at Kensington Palace, captured by her husband , has caused quite a stir on social media.

The footage was featured in a Netflix docuseries, where fans were quick to compare the Duchess of Sussex to David Brent from The Office, a character played by Ricky Gervais.

Royal specialist, Angela Levin, compared Meghan's dance to David's, adding that she's only slightly less ungainly.

Some viewers found her silly performance appealing, while others compared her to Mr Bean.

However, some defended her, saying that Meghan was not trying to copy anyone but wanted to show what a subtle body she has.

The home video was shown in the documentary as part of a segment about the Sussexes' life in London, when they resided in a two-bedroom property.

Trending:

, who was behind the lens, was heard saying, “Oh my god, it's my favourite video.

Thursday afternoon, someone's happy.”

Despite being at the heart of a royal estate, the couple suggested in the show that Nottingham Cottage was a modest place to live.

As far as people were concerned, they were living in a palace, said Prince Harry.

He also mentioned that the whole thing was on a slight lean and had really low ceilings.

Since the clip aired, people have taken to social media to blast the couple, with some commenting that they had tea in the doll's house, after one clip showed the pair filming inside the Queen's doll's house on the Windsor estate.

Some even went as far as calling them ungrateful greedy idiot clowns, and fumed at the fact that they complained about Nottingham Cottage, the very same building that once upon a time had been and Princess Catherine's home.

Fans on social media were quick to troll Meghan for her dance, with one commenting, “ doing the chicken dance, can't sing, can't dance, can't act, and now we know why she's a Hollywood reject.”

Others threw a dig at her mental health, while another commented, “So like the videos her dad used to make of her as a child, a lifetime of playing up to the camera, quite sad really.”

Commenting on the nature of the documentary while showing Meghan's dance clip, a viewer wrote, “This isn't anything other than a feature film.”

One Twitter user even compared her dance to that of Mr Bean.

Despite the negative comments, some fans defended Meghan, saying that it was just a harmless dance and that people should not be so quick to judge.

One even tweeted, “As much as it hurts to say this, got to go with Meghan.

David Brent is too close to home to my style of dancing.”

Overall, the footage of Meghan's dance has caused a lot of buzz on social media, with some finding it amusing and others using it as an opportunity to criticize the couple.

However, it is important to remember that they are human beings and should not be subjected to constant scrutiny and negativity.
