Meghan Markle Faces Legal Fallout as Samantha Markle Sues for Defamation

After two years of revealing interviews, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are now beginning to experience the legal fallout for their bombshell series of tell-alls.

Samantha Markle is suing Meghan for $75,000, claiming that Meghan has been telling lies about her and defamed her on an international scale.

Lady C believes that Samantha Markle will not settle the lawsuit, as she wants to clear her name and her father's name.

Lady C gave us viewers a devilish grin once again when she said Samantha is receiving powerful support with her case.

She said that if this case goes to trial, it will destroy Harry and Meghan.

Last week, a US judge struck down Meghan's desperate final bid to avoid facing a deposition as part of a defamation and grievous falsehood case brought against her by her estranged older half-sister.

Meghan and Prince Harry will now face under oath questioning from Samantha's lawyers.

Her legal team have indicated they'll be probing whether Meghan lied about her upbringing to promote a rags to royalty fairy tale and will force her to rescind inference that members of the royal family are racist.

However, Meghan Markle has refused to produce private communications with Oprah Winfrey despite Samantha demanding she turns them over in court.

According to court documents, Meghan and her legal team have objected to various requests for documents from Samantha.

Samantha has fired off a list of documents she wants Meghan to turn over.

She's demanded all communications between Meghan and Oprah.

All communications between the two that reference Samantha.

In regard to documents requested relating to the book Finding Freedom, Markle said her half-sister should reach out to the author and other third parties for such documents.

Samantha also asked Meghan to turn over any and all documents which relate to or list the attendees of a first wedding.

Meghan objected to the request, claiming the information is not relevant to the case.

It's a case Harry's brother Prince William will be watching with keen interest, according to a royal insider.

It's reported that William was furious after Meghan claimed someone among the senior royals made concerning comments over what a future child's skin colour might be.

While the Sussexes added the comments weren't made by the late Prince Philip or Queen Elizabeth, the accusations were left hanging over the heads of the rest of the Windsors.

At the time, William was close to launching legal action, claims a source.

Harry and Meghan basically made the world question who the so-called royal racist is, which has been very damaging.

But the Queen talked him out of it.

Since Her Majesty's death last September, there's no one left to stop William now, which could result in the brothers having to face off against each other in a courtroom.

Others suggest that Harry seems to know this, given he made a startling U-turn on the claims during an interview while promoting his book.

You have to wonder if Harry's team suspects William has a case, and thought it best for Harry to amend the record.

Especially with this Sam Markle case looming, you'd think William will be keeping an eye on this possible deposition, given he's still furious with Harry.

But courtiers are divided over whether the legal route is his best option, as no one wants to see these once close brothers facing each other in court.
