Meghan Markle’s Body Language Reveals Concealed Anger and Frustration, According to Expert

A recent examination of a past video featuring and has revealed the Duchess of Sussex's concealed anger and frustration towards a woman they were talking to at an event.

Body language expert Jesus Enrique Rosas analyzed a clip from and Meghan's meeting with young leaders back in 2018.

According to Rosas, Meghan appeared to give an up and down look that was a bit mean at the woman they're talking to.

He explained that when someone keeps their head fixed and just lowers their gaze, it projects a negative or even hostile feeling.

Rosas added, “she's literally giving the woman an up-down look right on her face.

And nobody likes to be seen like that.”

As Prince Harry begins talking, Rosas addressed Meghan's reaction.

He noted that her facial muscles show tension, which is the same pattern all the time when someone else begins to talk or interrupts her or upsets her presence in any way.

Meghan shows jaw tension, juts out her chin, and reveals her lower teeth.

Rosas explained these signals are almost always concealed anger or frustration.

Rosas added that Meghan's expression also looked like she really wanted to talk at that moment or control whatever Harry was saying at that time.

Meghan's neck muscles also appear tense, according to Rosas, because of her posture when she turns her head to look at Harry.

Although Meghan tries to cool down when she looks away from Harry, Rosas said she displayed more signals of the same emotion when she presses her lips together and clenches her jaw again.

“This is what's so disturbing about Meghan in these situations,” Rosas explained.

“She is doing it to vent an emotion.”

Rosas explained that Meghan reacts this way when she's being ignored.

The combination of body language signals, according to Rosas, shows a strong, concealed anger reaction of Meghan to Harry speaking.

He added, “this is much more than being impatient.

And that's one of the reasons why Meghan is seen as narcissistic over and over again.”

On the other hand, 's lawyer is trying to deny bullying accusations.

Speaking on a BBC podcast, Meghan Markle's lawyer and known celebrity defender Jenny Affia opened up about the bullying allegations lodged against her client and swiftly put them to rest.

Noting that the term bullying is used very, very casually, Affia defined the term as improperly using power repeatedly and deliberately to hurt someone, physically or emotionally.

The Duchess of Sussex absolutely denies ever doing that.

Elaborating on its casual use, Affia recalled that her daughter called her a bully last week when she asked her to brush her teeth.

She added that the term is used very freely and it's a very, very damaging term, particularly for career women.

In knowing the Duchess of Sussex, however, Affia stated that she can't believe she would ever do that.

“I wasn't there at the time but it doesn't match my experience of her at all and I've seen her at very, very stressful times.”

In conclusion, the examination of Meghan Markle's body language by a renowned expert has revealed her concealed anger and frustration towards a woman they were talking to at an event.
