Meghan Markle’s Lux Dinner Bans Guests from Taking Photos and Recording the Event

Guests attending 's Lux dinner on November 29th, hosted by the Women's Fund of Central Indiana, will be prohibited from taking photos or recording the event.

Despite paying a hefty price of $5,000 for a table of 10 and $2,500 worth of food and drinks, guests have also been asked to declare that they are not members of the media.

The Women's Fund of Central Indiana has described Markle as a mother, feminist, and champion of human rights and noted that all charitable donations would fund change for women and girls.

However, one royal fan noticed that information on table prices seems to have disappeared from the Women's Fund of Central Indiana website, leading to speculation that perhaps they had to cut the price because they hadn't sold any tickets.

Royal expert Neil Sean posted a video regarding Meghan of Marriott's speaking engagement, noting that there is to be no media in attendance, per Meghan's wishes, but the Women's Fund went on social media to drum up ticket sales.

Sean reported the hypocrisy of banning media until seats need to be filled.

Another royal expert, Daniela Elsa, has mocked Meghan for this embarrassing new low.

Citing a Women's Fund of Central Indiana event, expert Daniela Elsa highlighted the stark contrast of attendees between an event just four years ago and the upcoming piece.

Expert Elsa wrote, “The Women's Fund of Central Indiana has quite the pedigree with former first lady Michelle Obama speaking at their event in 2018.

However, here's the rub.

When floaters took to the stage, the Women's Fund event was held at an indoor arena and to a sold-out audience of 13,000 people.

And Meghan?

The largest capacity of a conference space at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is 2,500 people.”

Elsa argued that Meghan did not have the pull of a big guest, hitting back at the Meghan-attended event by noting that “The Water and Sewer Distributors of America will be hosting their get-together at a hotel of the same chain.”

She continued, “Clearly the expectations about what sort of crowd Meghan will pull are not even vaguely in the same ballpark or even indoor arena as that of Michelle.”

Unfortunately for Meghan, it has been a pretty bumpy week on the numbers front.

Elsa highlighted a recent upload to YouTube from Variety featuring front page splash Meghan rack up 213,000 views, with previous front page star Ana de Armas recording 279,000 views.

The expert continued, “Like an inverse Sally Field, the internet doesn't like her, they just really don't like her.”

In conclusion, the Lux dinner hosted by has sparked controversy due to its strict no-photography and no-recording policy.

Despite the high price tag, guests are also banned from being members of the media.

Critics have pointed out the contrast between the Women's Fund of Central Indiana's previous event with Michelle Obama and the upcoming event with Meghan, highlighting the significant difference in audience size.

Experts have also noted Meghan's declining popularity, as evidenced by lower views on online platforms.
