Meghan Markle’s Rush to Leave UK Leaves Prince Harry Disappointed
Prince Harry was reportedly left feeling homesick and disappointed after Meghan Markle rushed to leave the UK following their Jubilee duties.
According to a source, Prince Harry had hoped to spend more time with his old friends and family, but Meghan was keen to leave as soon as possible.
Heat magazine reported that a number of Prince Harry's old friends had called him up and tried to arrange dinner parties and visits to his favourite old haunts, plus double dates and fun day trips with their respective families.
However, Meghan was not interested and only saw Princess Eugenie and a few selected acquaintances before leaving.
The insider added that Prince Harry had it in his head that they would be reconnecting with friends once the Jubilee duties were over.
He even wanted to extend their stay and spend more time with loved ones, but Meghan did not want that.

Although Prince Harry reportedly hopes to have more trips to the UK in the future to rebuild his relationship with Prince William and Prince Charles, he has assured Meghan that he does not want to move back to the UK permanently.
He wants more of a balance and for his kids to have a relationship with his family.
Prince Harry's recent arrival in California with Meghan Markle has raised concerns about the state of his relationships with his father Prince Charles and brother Prince William.
Insiders have said that the couple has barely had contact with them since their move to the US.
In addition to the rift with his family, there was drama in the build-up to the Jubilee as Meghan's estranged dad, Thomas Markle, suffered a major stroke just days before he was due to fly to the UK.
His health sparked speculation over whether Harry and Meghan would return to the UK or visit Thomas instead.
According to biographer Duncan Larkham, behind the scenes, there was tension and mistrust during the Jubilee.
Larkham believes that William's wife, Kate, was a real pillar of strength for the royals during the weekend.
She calmly reassured and guided her children during the Trooping the Colour and stood with the royals in a series of elegant outfits, smiling and taking the celebrations in her stride.
Larkham says, “Kate is the royal family's golden ticket.
She's hugely popular, she's never put a foot wrong, and she's really cemented her status as a key member of the family.
We saw how she acted as peacemaker last year at Philip's funeral, and I imagine she'll have been trying to ease the tension between William and Harry this weekend too.”
There is not another UK visit in the pipeline for Meghan and Harry, and it's thought that this summer their focus will be on releasing their Invictus Games Netflix documentary and launching their Archetypes podcast, due out next month.
The state of the royal rift is now in Harry and Meghan's hands, and it could either be the start of a healing process or the last royal event they'll ever be invited to.
Despite the drama, Prince Harry remains committed to having a relationship with his family and hopes to find a balance between his life in the US and his ties to the UK.
