Princess Anne and Sir Timothy Lawrence Praised for Stylish Looks During Royal Tour
Princess Anne and her husband, Sir Timothy Lawrence, have been receiving praise from royal fans for their stylish looks during their royal tour.
The senior royal couple embarked on the tour in celebration of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee and have been making waves with their fashion choices.
During their visit to Papua New Guinea, the pair visited the Port Moresby Adventure Park, where they met with local artists, planted a native oak tree, and revealed a plaque to commemorate the occasion.
Both royals wore light beige clothing and flower garlands around their necks, while Timothy paired his outfit with a beige Panama-style hat.
Fans were quick to commend his interesting fashion statement.
Royal fan Clarissa Riley tweeted, “I agree with others.

Sir Timothy's hat deserves its own Twitter account.
Most interesting fashion statement from a male member of at royal family in years.
Insouciance personified.
Rocking it in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea #royalvisit.”
Sandy MacDonald also expressed his admiration for Sir Timothy's style, writing, “I think Sir Timothy looks fab in his hat.
The quintessential Brit abroad.
So pleased he's accompanying Princess Royal.
Should use him more for solo functions to spread royal load a bit.”
The couple has been dubbed the coolest in the royal family by some fans, and Princess Anne has also received praise for her style.
Images of her wearing stylish speed dealer sunglasses while speaking with Australian troops in Sydney have been circulating online, with one fan describing her as a style icon and another simply calling her iconic.
However, amidst all the positive attention, reports have surfaced that Princess Anne reportedly thought Prince Harry behaved appallingly during his split from the royal family.
As a patron of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines charity and Commodore-in-Chief for Portsmouth, Anne reportedly did not acknowledge her nephew at Prince Philip's funeral, and a royal source claimed she believed Harry had behaved appallingly during his split from the firm.
At the ceremony, Harry was seen chatting with his brother Prince William, but Anne, Prince Edward, and his wife Sophie Wessex reportedly didn't speak or even acknowledge him at all.
The royal source said, “Ironically the only one who has expressed any sympathy towards him is Prince Andrew.
He knows from Sarah Ferguson, and now first hand, how it feels to be the outsider, which Harry very much is.”
Meanwhile, Harry has come under fire for his decision to skip the Prince Philip memorial service and attend the Invictus Games in the Netherlands instead.
Speaking to Sky News Australia, political commentator and think tank researcher Calvin Robinson described Harry's move to sideline his family as sad.
He told the news channel that Harry had lost all sense of service and duty and obligation to his family as well as the nation and wider community of the Commonwealth.
Robinson added that Harry should have been there to support the 95-year-old Queen at the event as it's his grandmother.
The Duke of Sussex has not publicly spoken on why he decided against attending the service, but many have criticized his activities since then.
Despite the drama surrounding the royal family, Princess Anne and Sir Timothy Lawrence continue to impress fans with their stylish looks and interesting fashion statements.
As they continue their tour in celebration of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, royal fans will undoubtedly be keeping an eye out for their next fashionable appearance.
