Prince William and his two eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, were spotted at the Sandringham Estate to kickstart a half-marathon on Father’s Day.

The young pair showcased a dramatic rise in just 10 months since they were last pictured walking with their father.

Last year, the duo was seen walking with their father during National Volunteers Week, where they appeared minuscule compared to their father.

However, this year, the two children have grown significantly taller, and one social media user remarked on how big they have become.

Comparing two pictures of the trio from 2020 and 2021, the user commented on the dramatic growth spurt the two children had in just one year.

Other royal fans also noticed the same, with one claiming that George looks set to tower over his father as he gets older.

In a touching moment to mark Father's Day, George and Charlotte helped their father count down the start of the race.

William can be seen bending down to hand his children the microphone in an adorable photo.

Later, the two young children were seen waving as the runners began the 13-mile race on the Sandringham Estate.

The Run Sandringham race is organized by Good Running Events and welcomes competitors of all abilities and ages to run a half marathon, 5K or a community mile for charity.

It was a welcome break for William, who has had a strained relationship with his brother, .

The two brothers are expected to unveil a statue of their mother in Kensington Palace next month, which will be the first time they meet since the funeral of their grandfather in April.

Although there has been no official confirmation, it is believed that Harry will return to the UK to pay tribute to his mother.

According to a source, the two brothers have only communicated via text messages since the Duke of Edinburgh's funeral.

There have not been any personal chats or proper talks, just a very brief and minimal exchange of text messages.

The relationship between the two is still very much strained, and there is no sign yet that there will be any sort of coming together anytime soon.

The young prince and princess were dressed in casual attire for the event, with George wearing a navy polo shirt and shorts, while Charlotte wore a pink dress paired with white sandals.

Accompanying their father on Father's Day was a heartwarming gesture, and fans couldn't help but gush over how adorable they looked.
