Princess of Wales to Inherit Majority of Queen’s Clothing and Jewelry Collection
The late Queen Elizabeth II left behind an extensive wardrobe and jewelry collection, leaving many to wonder what will happen to her possessions.
According to royal experts, the Princess of Wales, as the future queen, will receive the lion's share of the Queen's clothes and jewelry collection, with the Queen Consort receiving first choice.
Editor-in-chief of Majesty magazine, Ingrid Seward, explained that the Queen would have already sorted and organized who would receive her items some time ago.
While most of Her Majesty's jewels belong to the Crown and will be passed to the next sovereign, items from her personal collection will be given to family members, with each chosen personally by the Queen.
Christine, a royal expert, added that some clothing items may have been passed down to the Queen's grandchildren, such as Princess Beatrice's wedding gown.
Many of the Queen's ball gowns could also be altered to suit Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, the new Princess of Wales, or even Princess Charlotte and Lilibet in the future.

As King, Charles is now in charge of the crown jewels, which have been handed down from British monarchs since the 17th century.
The Queen also has a private collection of jewelry, which includes 98 brooches, 46 necklaces, 34 pairs of earrings, 15 rings, 14 watches, and five pendants.
It's thought that much of the collection will go to Queen Consort Camilla and the Princess of Wales.
Royal expert Katie Nicholls explained that the Queen Consort would receive first choice of the Queen's jewelry, followed by the Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, and then Meghan Markle, who is much further down the pecking order.
When it comes to the Queen's clothes, royal biographer Brian Hoey previously revealed that once the Queen tired of her outfits, she would donate them to her dressers, who would either wear them or sell them.
While Camilla and Kate are uncertain about what they will receive, Meghan Markle has expressed her desire to own some of the Queen's jewelry.
According to sources, Meghan demanded access to the tiara and said, “We want the tiara.
Can we have it now please?”
It's been known that Meghan always desires to have the tiara in her collection.
If she does claim possession of some of the Queen's jewelry, it could be seen as a slap in the face to the royal family.
In terms of the Queen's personal jewelry, Ingrid Seward believes that Her Majesty's personal jewelry will be given to various members of her family, with the Princess of Wales receiving the lion's share, as she is the future queen.
Some items, such as the late monarch's wedding dress and coronation gown, will be preserved for historical purposes and placed on display.
While the passing of Queen Elizabeth II has left many wondering about the fate of her possessions, it's clear that the Princess of Wales will inherit the majority of her clothing and jewelry collection, with other family members receiving personal items chosen by the Queen herself.
