Royal Family Shares Adorable Footage of Coronation Day

The coronation of King Charles was a spectacular event that left millions of people around the world in awe.

Recently, the Prince and Princess of Wales shared a video on social media that gave us a glimpse into their coronation day.

The footage showed their adorable children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, getting ready for the ceremony at Westminster Abbey and joining the procession to Buckingham Palace.

In the sweet video, the little ones were seen giggling and grinning, clearly excited about the big day.

They were also captured on camera during their charming balcony appearance alongside King Charles and Queen Camilla.

However, it wasn't just the Royals who were celebrating the coronation.

Thousands of people flocked to London to catch a glimpse of the Royal family and share their thoughts on the new monarch.

While around 2,000 were invited to attend, millions of others around the world tuned in to watch the historic event, which included a procession from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace.

Despite the celebratory mood, the Met Police reported 52 arrests in the capital for various offenses, including breaching the peace and conspiracy to cause a public nuisance.

However, the commander defended their actions, stating, “Our duty is to do so in a proportionate manner in line with relevant legislation.

We also have a duty to intervene when protest becomes criminal and may cause serious disruption.”

Despite the disruptions, it's safe to say that the coronation was a once in a generation event that left the Royal family and the public feeling proud.
