Sarah Ferguson Invited to Spend Christmas with Royal Family After 30 Years

For the first time in three decades, Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, has been invited to spend Christmas with the Royal Family.

The invitation comes after she was excluded from Christmas events following her divorce from in 1992.

It's believed that Prince Philip was furious when she was photographed having her toe sucked by financial advisor John Bryan months after their break-up.

However, this year, Wood Farm on the Sandringham Estate is being readied for the Duke of York, his ex-wife, and their daughters, thanks to King Charles being in control.

According to a Sandringham source, the five-bedroom Wood Farm is being prepared for Andrew, Sarah Ferguson, their daughters Beatrice and Eugenie, as well as their respective husbands and two children.

This unexpected invitation means that King Charles, Fergie, , and other royals may stroll to St Mary Magdalene Church with the rest of the Royal Family in public.

This is significant because after Fergie's controversial toe-sucking incident, the Duke of Edinburgh forbade her from attending Christmas dinners with the family.

Despite Andrew being banned from public life, he cannot be banned from family Christmas, according to a Sandringham source.

Staff at Sandringham have been tasked with getting Wood Farm ready for the whole York family.

When Sarah split with Andrew, she was never allowed at the family Christmas Eve and Christmas Day while Philip and the Queen were alive.

For 30 years, she used to have Christmas dinner on her own, but things are being done differently now.

If she accepts the invitation, Fergie will exchange gifts with the rest of the family on Christmas Eve at Sandringham's White Room.

It's expected that they'll share dinner on Christmas Day as well as a black-tie evening meal.

However, according to royal sources, the Duke cannot return to public life.

Following his time in the Australian I'm a Celebrity jungle, 44-year-old Mike Tindall is also anticipated to receive an invitation.

The former England rugby player, who is married to Princess Anne's daughter Zara, said today on Good Morning Britain, “Christmas is around the corner, let's see if some interesting gifts come underneath that tree.
