William and Catherine’s Favourite Cottage in Windsor: A Possible New Home for the Cambridges

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Catherine, are reportedly considering a move to Windsor, specifically a cottage ten minutes away from the Queen, in their search for a new family home.

Rumors have been circulating for months that the couple is exploring residences and schools in Berkshire.

The proposed move would enable the family of five to live closer to both the Sovereign and Catherine's parents, who reside in Bucklebury.

The Cambridges are contemplating the move to Windsor so they can send their three children, George, Charlotte, and Louis, to school together.

Recently, the couple visited Frogmore House, which is used for royal functions, but it appears that the grade-I listed mansion may not be suitable as a family home due to the high cost of renovation.

Instead, it is believed that Adelaide Cottage, a residence built in 1831, may be the couple's preferred option.

An insider has revealed that Adelaide Cottage seems to be the best and only option for the Cambridges.

The cottage is nestled in Home Park in Windsor and has been a grace and favor property for over eight decades.

It was renovated in 2015 and has never been the residence of senior members of the Royal Family.

This new speculation about the Cambridges' interest in Adelaide Cottage comes after reports last month that , the couple's eldest son, visited a new school for a settling-in-style trial class arranged by teachers.

The school, located near Windsor, has been visited by one of the Cambridges half a dozen times.

Meanwhile, in Montecito, Meghan and Harry have received a worrying warning that their mansion is at risk of being set on fire by careless smokers discarding cigarettes near their home.

Many complaints have been made about walkers carelessly throwing their cigarettes next to the couple's lavish property in Montecito.

The area is at high risk of wildfires that have devastated parts of the US in recent years, including the celebrity hotspot where the couple resides.

Locals are now fearing that the careless smokers could spark a devastating fire.

A neighbor of the Sussexes highlighted the problem in a letter to the Montecito Journal, stating that hikers have been seen smoking and tossing their cigarettes on the ground.

Night hiking is dangerous enough, but in a high-risk fire area, it poses an absolute threat to everyone.

The Montecito T-fire, which ravaged the area in November 2008, destroyed over 200 homes, including that of Christopher Lloyd, who played Doc Brown in Back to the Future.

It was discovered that ten college students had thrown an illegal bonfire party at an abandoned T-house and failed to put it out properly.

The Sussexes live with their children and in a star-studded neighborhood alongside , Ellen DeGeneres, Katy Perry, and Orlando Bloom.

The couple has not yet commented on the issue of smokers discarding cigarettes near their home.

In conclusion, William and Catherine's search for a new family home in Windsor seems to be progressing, with Adelaide Cottage being a possible favorite.

Meanwhile, in Montecito, Meghan and Harry have received a worrying warning about the potential danger posed by careless smokers near their home.

The couple's neighbors have highlighted the issue, and locals fear that a devastating fire could occur in the area.
