Princess Diana and Prince Charles have a secret daughter named Sarah, true heir to the throne [CONSPIRACY THEORY]

The Globe reported in 2014 that Princess Diana and Prince Charles had a hidden daughter who was born before Prince William, conceived by IVF. According to the bizarre theory, Princess Diana had to see a gynecologist before marrying Prince Charles to validate her fertility, and the doctor took some of her eggs.

According to reports, the doctor fertilized the eggs with Prince Charles' sperm before having his own wife deliver the infant, whom they named Sarah. Sarah was reportedly “exiled to keep the scandalous reality from entering headlines,” according to Woman's Day in 2018. The magazine has included a purported portrait of Sarah, who has been heavily Photoshopped to resemble Diana.

Lady Diana Spencer, a 19-year-old virgin at the time, was instructed by the Queen to undergo gynaecological examinations to assess her ability to bear children before her marriage to the heir to the throne could be confirmed in December 1980.

Diana's eggs were harvested and fertilized with Prince Charles' sperm during these experiments. The tests were successful, and Charles and Diana's engagement was declared. When asked whether they were in love, Charles replied with his notoriously sarcastic remark, “Whatever in love means,” and the embryos were ordered destroyed.

However, one of the team members who studied Diana, a so-called “rogue doctor,” retained one of the embryos and inserted it in his own wife. Unbeknownst to her, she became the surrogate mother of Charles and Diana's biological child.

The child, a daughter, was delivered in the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital, Paddington, ten weeks after Charles and Diana's fairy-tale wedding on July 29, 1981, and eight months before William's own birth on June 21, 1982, in the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital, Paddington, where fans are still camped out to see Kate and William emerge with their new baby.

Sarah is reported to have said that she was repeatedly told as a child that she was a “dead ringer” for Diana. Her parents were both killed in a traffic crash when she was in her late twenties.
