Meghan Markle will never return to live in the UK, Always planned to leave

Meghan Markle has no intentions to reside in the United Kingdom again, according to a friend.

“She doesn't want to raise Archie there, and she doesn't want to schlep back and forth. She'll make extended visits, but that's it,” the friend told the Daily Mail.

Meghan's child with Britain's Prince Harry is Archie, and she was “miserable” in Britain after his birth, according to the friend. The Duchess of Sussex “wasn't sleeping well and started having anxiety attacks about her future.”

“What Meghan wants, Meghan gets. This was her plan all along, to eventually leave the UK and build her own empire with Harry,” the friend revealed.

Although, according to the Mail, “Meghan insists their announcement was not a surprise to the royal family — they knew all along.”

“Meghan feels the good she and Harry can create with their own fortune far outweighs any hurt feelings.”

This emerged after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle revealed that they would be standing down as “senior” members of the royal family and splitting their time between the United Kingdom and North America in order to serve independently but also serve the queen.

“We have chosen to make a transition this year in starting to carve out a progressive new role within this institution,” the couple shared on Instagram Wednesday. “We intend to step back as ‘senior' members of the Royal Family and work to become financially independent while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen. It is with your encouragement, particularly over the last few years, that we feel prepared to make this adjustment.

“We now plan to balance our time between the United Kingdom and North America, continuing to honor our duty to The Queen, the Commonwealth, and our patronages,” they continued. “This geographic balance will enable us to raise our son with an appreciation for the royal tradition into which he was born, while also providing our family with the space to focus on the next chapter, including the launch of our new charitable entity.”

“We look forward to sharing the full details of this exciting next step in due course, as we continue to collaborate with Her Majesty The Queen, The Prince of Wales, The Duke of Cambridge and all relevant parties,” they said. “Until then, please accept our deepest thanks for your continued support.”
