Will Netflix drop Meghan Markle and Prince Harry?

Meghan Markle, according to New Idea, converted her Netflix contract into a vanity project. And Netflix's executives aren't happy about it.

“Word around town is that, despite the big game they talked at pitch meetings, Netflix aren't happy with what the Sussexes are coming up with,” says one Hollywood insider.

“Which might be why there hasn't been a peep about what they're working on from Netflix's publicity team.”

Last year, the gossip website Crazy Days and Nights hypothesized that Netflix is dissatisfied with the pair, especially the Duchess of Sussex.

“This seems to be about Meghan, which ties in with the Netflix rumours,” our source says.

“I haven't seen the terms of their agreement, but Netflix isn't going to keep people around who aren't impressing them. If Meghan and Harry had this deal ripped out from under them, their finances could end up in serious trouble.”

The tabloid's allegations, though, are based solely on hearsay.

If Netflix had intended to end its relationship with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, they would have made the announcement themselves.

It's also worth noting that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have just announced their first Netflix film.

The rumors circulated comes the couple's Spotify venture, Archewell Audio, debuted to underwhelming results.

Although some reviewers commented on the show's ‘lacklustre' quality, others noted that the prince seems to have adopted an unconventional way of speaking.
