Meghan Markle DROPS long time agent for new Hollywood Dream Team

has parted ways with her long-term agent, who has handled her since her days on Suits.

Nick Collins has been with Meghan (39) since she first encountered and married on the set of her TV show Suits (36).

He's claimed to have been a close confidant of the Sussexes during the so-called ‘Megxit' last year, when they left senior positions in the royal family to relocate to the United States.

Insiders have described him as a “key advisor and independent voice” for the pair as they plotted their new careers in California.

Meghan believes her friendship with Nick, who attended her and Harry's wedding, has run its course after forging a new career direction in the US, which involves recent multi-million-dollar entertainment partnerships with Netflix and Spotify.

In an effort to shape a new “dream team” in La La Land, and are currently making significant changes to their professional inner circle.

Meghan is no longer represented by Collins, according to DailyMail.com sources. However, it is said that the two have ‘no bad blood.'

Nick, who is an associate at The Gersh Agency, a top Tinseltown dealmaker, will remain as Meghan's ‘consultant'.

The duchess' bold initiative, according to a source in Los Angeles, is a “strange development.”

James Holt, the couple's UK public relations head who dealt with most of the fallout from the Oprah interview, will officially be elevated to Executive Director of the Archewell Foundation.

Meghan played Rachel Zane, a paralegal on Suits, for seven seasons from 2011 to 2017, before announcing her acting retirement when she became engaged to Prince Harry.

In May 2018, the pair married in Windsor, and their first child, , was born a year later.

Since standing down from royal duties in March 2020, the Sussexes are settling into their new life in the United States. This summer, they are expecting their second child, a baby girl.
