Princess Charlotte Looks Just Like The Queen In New Birthday Portrait
The Royal Family has released a new portrait of Princess Charlotte to celebrate her sixth birthday.
The photograph, taken by her mother, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, was captured this weekend in Norfolk.
The image has caused a stir among royal fans, who have gushed over the young princess's resemblance to Her Majesty the Queen.
In the portrait, Princess Charlotte is seen wearing a cute Rachel Riley floral dress, with frills running down the dress and across the collar.
She wears her hair down, showing off just how long her blonde locks have grown.
It is one of the first pictures of the youngster without her usual plaits.

Royal fans have welcomed the new snap of Charlotte and rushed to wish the youngster a happy birthday.
Several eagle-eyed fans also noticed Charlotte is starting to show a resemblance to Her Majesty the Queen.
One person wrote on Twitter, “I've always said I see so much of Her Majesty the Queen in little Princess Charlotte.
She's got the Queen's eyes.”
Another wrote, “She really is a Windsor.
Such a gorgeous girl.”
While a third added, “I've always thought Princess Charlotte was a mix of the Queen and Prince William.”
The portrait has been compared to one of the Queen, then Princess Elizabeth, when aged six, showcasing Princess Charlotte's uncanny resemblance to her great-grandmother.
In a portrait released of the Queen, when at the same age of her great-granddaughter, Her Majesty can be seen sporting the same charming smile.
The young Princess Elizabeth wore a stylish headband and ruffled ballet dress in the photograph.
But it's not just this year's portrait where the similar features can be spotted.
Photographs of Princess Charlotte and the Queen when at the same age repeatedly show their likeness.
For instance, when aged four, a picture of Princess Charlotte showed the young royal holding a flower as she ran through a field, similar to a snap of her great-grandmother at that age.
A young Princess Elizabeth was photographed playing in a field of flowers on June 3, 1930, also aged four.
Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana was born on May 2, 2015, as the second child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital in London.
She has one older brother, Prince George VII, and one younger brother, Prince Louis, who just turned three last week.
Gary Goldsmith, her maternal great-uncle, said about Charlotte, “…she is really cheeky and confident, just like the rest of the family.
I think she's the one I'm most excited to watch grow up.”
The young princess, who is known to be quite outgoing, attends Thomas's Battersea in London alongside Prince George.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary just a few days ago on April 29.
To celebrate, they released two new photos and a family video on social media.
