Prince George’s Dinosaur Obsession: William and Kate Join In

Prince George, the eldest son of Prince William and Kate Middleton, has a new obsession and it's all about dinosaurs.

During a visit to the Acorn Children's Hospice in Birmingham on Tuesday, Prince William revealed that his son is currently fascinated with these prehistoric creatures, and the family has been learning all about them.

While in the activity room at the hospice, where a group of children were painting and making dinosaurs, William told one little girl about George's love for dinosaurs.

As a doting dad of three, William enjoys watching his children grow and discover new interests and hobbies.

The visit to the hospice was particularly special for William as it brought back memories of his mother, Princess Diana, who had opened the hospice 30 years ago.

William expressed his delight at being there, and his caring nature was praised by the hospice president, Kay Alexander, who gave an emotional speech during the visit.

Kay spoke about how incredible it was that Diana had opened the hospice, which at the time was only the third of its kind in the world.

She then became tearful, to which William replied, “Don't, you'll start me off as well.”

Kay also praised William for his ability to chat with anyone, saying that he is a star and his presence is the biggest, best thing that could happen to these parents.

During his visit, William was given a set of wooden dolls made for George and his siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, by the hospice's handyman.

The dolls will surely be a hit with the young royals.

But that wasn't all.

At the University of Birmingham, William was handed copies of a specially made dinosaur-themed coloring book for his children.

Vice-Chancellor Sir David Eastwood, who presented the books to the prince, said that William had exclaimed, “I'll be the most popular father in the country tonight.”

It's heartwarming to see the royal family engaging with children and supporting important causes like hospices.
