Prince Louis E. Steals Hearts with Perfect Royal Wave Debut

E., the youngest member of the royal family, made his debut on the Buckingham Palace balcony during the Trooping the Colour festivities on Saturday.

The little prince celebrated his first birthday in April and couldn't wait to show off his first-ever royal wave.

Accompanied by his big sister IV, E. took a peek out of the palace window to catch a glimpse of the growing crowd.

He raised his hand to greet the spectators and excitedly pointed at them.

His older brother, V, also joined in the fun, pressing his face against the window next to his siblings before heading out onto the balcony to watch the fly past.

When the royal family made their traditional appearance on the balcony, there was a new face among them, Prince Louis E. William held his 13-month-old son in his arms as the toddler made his first appearance in front of the crowds and appeared a natural.

After the fly past of RAF aircraft, from historic planes to modern jets, the national anthem was played and Louis E. joined the crowds in clapping after it ended.

With his older brother and sister, and , standing nearby with Kate, he waved at the crowds enthusiastically and carried on waving as his father carried him inside.

The young prince had clearly perfected his royal wave and stole the hearts of many.

The Trooping the Colour ceremony celebrated the Queen's official birthday and saw some of Britain's most prestigious regiments stage the century-old spectacle.

The Queen's actual birthday was on April 21 when she turned 93.

New mother, the Duchess of Sussex, made her first public appearance since giving birth.

Harry, Meghan, Kate and the other royals, including the Earl and Countess of Wessex and their children the Viscount Severn and Lady Louise Windsor, watched events from Wellington's office overlooking horse guards.

The Queen began the ceremony by inspecting the lines of guardsmen on the parade ground, casting a critical eye over the soldiers as she passed in her carriage followed by the royal colonels on horseback.

Soon after the Queen arrived on the parade ground, the national anthem was played and a horse could be seen running across the open space after apparently unseating its rider.
