Meghan Markle Criticized for Claiming She Was Forced to Get Spray Tans While on Deal or No Deal

, the Duchess of Sussex, is under fire from royal fans for her recent comments on a podcast called Archetypes.

During the episode, Meghan claimed that she was forced to get spray tans while working on the television show Deal or No Deal, and that she was treated like a bimbo and objectified by the show's producers.

However, several royal family supporters and commentators have shared photos of Meghan at an award show, where they claim she wore bold outfits without being forced to do so.

In addition, back in September, Meghan faced criticism for allegedly wearing layers of spray tan to look black during a speech at the One Young World Summit.

Body language expert Jesus and Rikki Rosas even took to Twitter to poke fun at Meghan, asking how many layers of spray tan she would like.

Others joined in, commenting on Meghan's efforts to gain public approval and accusing her of wearing blackface.

Despite the controversy, Meghan's latest podcast episode failed to chart in the US, with only one episode, The Decoding of Crazy, making it into the top 100 at number 96.

During the podcast episode, body language expert Judy James analyzed Meghan's way of speaking and reactions to Paris Hilton.

She noted that Meghan seemed to be seeking sympathy for the famous, successful, beautiful, and wealthy Paris Hilton, as well as herself during her briefcase days on Deal or No Deal.

Judy also observed a moment in the episode where Meghan became emotional and close to tears while discussing the limiting experiences of being stuck with a dumb blonde trope.

Although Meghan was interviewing Paris, Judy noted that the story was primarily about Meghan herself, as she shared her own experiences in a signature, engaging storybook style.

In addition to discussing her time on Deal or No Deal, Meghan also spoke about her recent invitation to speak at Spotify's female-run employee resource group, Women at Spotify.

During her talk, Meghan praised the courage of protesters in Iran who have been demonstrating since the 16th of September following the death of 22-year-old Masha Amini.

Despite the criticism and controversy surrounding Meghan's recent comments, it is clear that she remains a powerful and influential figure in the public eye.

With her engaging storytelling style and her commitment to important social issues, Meghan is sure to continue making headlines for years to come.
