Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were relegated to the second row behind King Charles III and Prince William during the late Queen Elizabeth’s funeral.

This latest development is just one of the many snubs against the couple since the Queen's passing on September 8th.

The funeral, which took place on Monday at St George's Chapel in Windsor, saw Harry enter Westminster Abbey alongside his brother.

However, he was reportedly ordered to sit behind the new King and Queen consort, the new Prince and Princess of Wales, and their two children, and Prince Charlotte.

The Duke of Sussex was caught stealing a glance at his brother while the congregation sang an early hymn.

As he watched his brother, who was wearing military uniform, sitting with his wife and two children, he must have been thinking to himself that William has everything and he has lost it all.

Harry's emotions were written all over his face, and he appeared to be morose yet again.

Trending:

Body language expert Judy James noted how Harry kept looking over at William throughout the ceremony.

During the service, he was dabbing tears and tending to look around a lot.

There were at least two occasions when his gaze, more of a stare, appeared directed at William, suggesting sadness and possible regret.

After the service ended and the brothers prepared to march behind the coffin once again, Harry put on his most emotional display.

Standing in line, he watched as the brother he had once been so close to, the nephew he had adored playing with, and the sister-in-law he had viewed as his own sister filed in front of him with not one glance in his direction.

His face seemed to pucker into a more intense signal of grief, and his lips sucked in again.

Judy also noted that Harry couldn't conceal all the signs of tension between himself and his brother during the state funeral.

Following the coffin beside his brother, there were some suppressed signals of tension, like the sucked-in lips.

Harry is also accused of not singing the national anthem during the Queen's funeral.

Royal watchers scrutinizing every frame of the state funeral for II spotted that appeared to not sing the national anthem out loud, unlike most other people in Westminster Abbey.

Dozens of social media users commented on the apparent lapse in protocol, with some calling him disrespectful and petulant.

It is clear that the relationship between Harry and his brother William has been strained for some time.

The brothers were once inseparable, but it seems that their differences have driven them apart.

Harry's decision to step down as a senior royal and move to the United States with his wife caused a rift between the two.

The couple's explosive interview with earlier this year only served to widen the gap between them.

Despite all this, Harry and William put on a united front during the funeral procession, marching behind their grandfather's coffin shoulder to shoulder.

However, it is clear that the tension between them was palpable.

Harry's emotional display and failure to sing the national anthem only added fuel to the fire.

It remains to be seen whether the brothers can repair their relationship and move forward.

For now, it seems that the divide between them is too great.

Harry must be wondering what the future holds for him and his family.

The actress he fell in love with has caused him nothing but trouble, and he appears to be struggling to find his place in the world.

One thing is for sure; the eyes of the world will be watching as events unfold in the coming months and years.
