Princess Beatrice Attends Louis Vuitton Babywear Launch Event with Vocal Critic of Meghan and Harry
Princess Beatrice has made headlines once again, this time for attending Louis Vuitton's Babywear launch event alongside Sabine Getty.
Getty is a Tatler contributing editor and a vocal critic of Meghan and Harry.
She took to social media to share images from the evening and captioned the post, “a baby launch in the at Louis Vuitton apartments, celebrating the all-new and never done before LV babywear.
Thank you to all my amazing friends and inspiring ladies for joining us.”
Naturally, royal fans flocked to comment on Princess Beatrice's latest look.
One commented, “How gorgeous do you all look?”
Trending:
while another said, “Chic as always,” and a third added, “Fabulous.”
However, some speculate that Meghan must be seething with rage at both Sabine and Beatrice.
Sabine Getty is effortlessly chic and classy, something Meghan desperately tries to be but fails at every time.
Getty is tied to the British royals as Princess Beatrice is one of her jewelry clients and was a guest at Princess Eugene's wedding.
She knows that Meghan was after her relative Gordon Getty.
Beatrice must also know about this.
Sabine Getty, the wife of Gordon's relative Joseph, has been brutally honest about her dislike for Meghan on social media.
She dubbed the Netflix whinge fest a “colossal waste of time.”
There have also been other incidents where Getty has taken swipes at Meghan and Harry.
Princess Beatrice is notoriously private and has never offered comment on the romance between her cousin Prince Harry and Meghan.
Beatrice has plenty of mutual friends with the former actress, including joint BFF Misha Nonu.
The two women are also believed to have attended numerous showbiz parties and royal events together over the years.
However, Beatrice is also incredibly close to Prince Andrew, who the Sussexes have publicly criticized.
It's long been said she was devastated by accusations by Virginia Dufresne that the Duke of York s**ually assaulted her.
Beatrice has always been fiercely loyal to the late Queen, poignantly choosing to wear a gown from the Royal for a wedding to Italian property developer Eduardo Mappalimosi on July 17th, 2020, at Royal Lodge.
While Beatrice has never offered comment on her relationship with Harry, neither have the Sussexes ever mentioned the 34-year-old.
Beatrice has known Misha for years and attended a wedding to ex-husband Alexander Gilkes in 2012, alongside her sister Princess Eugene.
In 2018, Beatrice was beaming as she attended Meghan and Harry's wedding alongside her sister Eugene and father Andrew, before the Duchess began attending a whole host of royal events, including Trooping the Collar.
In their book Royals at War, investigative journalists Dylan Howard and Andy Tillett said, “Meghan put her foot in it when she decided that it would be the ideal moment to announce that she and Harry were expecting their first child.”
The next public appearance from Beatrice and the Sussexes came when they were all guests at Misha's lavish Rome wedding.
That year, Beatrice herself got married in a low-key ceremony amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, but Meghan and Harry didn't attend.
A year later in May 2021, Beatrice announced she was pregnant on Harry and Meghan's wedding anniversary.
At the time, anonymous insiders told Page Six it was a dig at the Sussexes, who said they stole Eugene's thunder on her big day, after all, and it appears that's not been forgotten.
Months later, Beatrice wasn't one of the 40 stars chosen to take part in the Duchess's 40th birthday video and 40 by 40 initiative.
In February 2022, the Duke of York's daughter held a private christening for her baby Sienna, which the couple also missed.
