Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s daughter has been christened Princess Lilibet Diana at a ceremony in the US on Friday, March 3rd, led by the Archbishop of Los Angeles.

The couple's spokesperson confirmed the news, stating that Reverend John Taylor had conducted the ceremony at the couple's home in Montecito, California.

Around 20-30 people were present at the intimate gathering, including Meghan's mother Doria Ragland, godfather Tyler Perry, and an unnamed godmother.

Tyler Perry also flew in a 10-person gospel choir from Atlanta to perform songs such as “Oh Happy Day” and “This Little Light of Mine,” which were also performed at the Duke and Duchess' 2018 wedding.

Guests enjoyed food and dancing during the afternoon's celebrations, and was even seen dancing with her brother III.

However, some have questioned the authenticity of the event, as there are no photos of the ceremony or herself.

Some have speculated that it may be a calculated PR stunt, while others suggest that Lilibet may not even exist.

According to Markle News' unnamed source, Eugene is a godmother to Lily, while Harry is a godparent to Eugene's son, August.

It's also been claimed that Harry wanted Eugene as godmother to his daughter because of their shared experiences of being overlooked in the family.

Allegedly, Eugene doesn't like the Wales children but adores the Sussex kids and often talks about how amazing and Lilibet are.

Archie's godparents were Harry's former nanny, Tiggy Pettifer, ex-Welsh Guards officer Mark Dyer, and close pal Charlie Van Straubenzie.

However, it's alleged that none of the royals wanted to be a godparent to Archie due to Harry and Meghan's behavior.

Only two godparents were present at Archie's christening, one of whom was Tiggy.

It's also been reported that Tiggy and the other person had no idea why they'd been chosen as godparents.

Despite the controversy surrounding their decisions, Harry and Meghan continue to live their lives on their own terms, with the support of their family and friends.
