Thomas Markle will keep talking to the media unless Meghan Markle speaks to him.
In an explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey, Thomas Markle responds to comments made by his daughter Meghan Markle. Meghan's friendship with her father was not included in the primetime interview that aired on Sunday, although it was later seen on CBS This Morning as part of additional footage. Meghan admitted that her father's conduct felt like betrayal in the wake of the paparazzi debacle.
In response, Thomas Markle appeared on Good Morning Britain and expressed remorse for staging paparazzi images and revealing portions of his daughter's private letter to him. “I wish I hadn't done the whole thing. But here's the other side of the coin. No one took any time to protect any member of our family. We were attacked by the press every day” Thomas said his opinion.
He said, “I'm very disappointed about it. I have apologized about this thing that happened at least a 100 times or so.” With Meghan and her father now both living in the US, only 70 miles apart, the Duchess during the interview stated that reconciliation looks difficult.
Thomas Markle has confirmed that he cannot stop to talking to the media before Meghan and Harry speak with him. “Bottom line is I've never heard back from Harry and Meghan in any way, shape or form. Basically what I do because I don't hear from them, I do a story with the press. If I don't hear from them in 30 days, I'll do another one. I would love to hear from them. When they decide to talk to me, I'll stop talking to the press .”

In a letter hand delivered to the chat show host's home in California, Thomas Markle, 76, expressed his desire to “give his side of the story.”
“Thomas delivered a letter to Oprah asking her to contact him so he could tell his side of the story,” a source told The Sun.
“This was not a note to Meghan and Harry, it was meant for Oprah. Thomas watched the interview she did with them and feels he deserves a chance to have his say. ”The day after Meghan and Prince Harry's controversial interview with Oprah, in which she said she was exposed to racism in the royal family, broadcast on ITV's Good Morning Britain.
Thomas has expressed his desire to talk with and reconnect with his daughter.
