Meghan Markle Will Not Join Prince Harry and Royal Family in Scotland as Queen Elizabeth II’s Health Deteriorates
As the health of Queen Elizabeth II deteriorates, Prince Harry is travelling from Germany to the UK to be at her bedside.
However, his wife, Meghan Markle, will not be joining him and the rest of the Royal Family in Scotland.
This news has been confirmed by Page 6.
The Royal Family announced on Thursday that the monarch was under medical supervision.
Should the Queen pass away, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will prepare to fly back to Britain for a funeral to be attended by the Royal Family, world leaders, and dignitaries from across the globe.
Although Harry has been back to the UK several times since the Sussexes quit royal life in early 2020, including for Prince Philip's funeral and the unveiling of his mother Princess Diana's statue, Meghan's return is her first since the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in June.

When Prince Philip, the Queen's beloved husband, died at the age of 99 in April 2021, Harry reportedly slept through a phone call trying to alert him.
The palace did not want to announce the news of Philip's death before he was told.
As reported at the time, a representative from the US Embassy dialed Harry's number just before 3am PT to tell him the news, but the call went unanswered.
Finally, the embassy rep contacted the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department and asked an officer to get the prince to call back.
The Sheriff's Department reportedly sent an officer to the royal couple's $14.7 million Montecito, California estate to tell Harry to call the embassy immediately.
Markle did not join her husband at Philip's funeral as she was heavily pregnant with their daughter, Lilibet, and was banned by doctors from flying.
While Harry and Markle criticized the royal family in their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021, in which they made allegations of racism within the family, Harry had nothing bad to say about his grandmother.
He denied accusations that they had blindsided the queen by announcing their intentions to step down as working royals.
“No, I would never blindside my grandmother.
I have too much respect for her,” he told Winfrey.
Markle also spoke of their closeness to the monarch, disclosing she had phoned to inquire about the health of Philip, who was in hospital at the time of their interview.
In other news, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been placed at the very bottom of the official royal website, alongside disgraced Prince Andrew.
The royal family has demoted the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who stepped down as senior royals in 2020, to the bottom of the Royal Family tab.
The Royal Family tab on the website gives visitors the option to learn more about each member of the extended family.
Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, the page was updated to reflect the reign of the new British monarch, King Charles III.
After Charles, comes his wife, the Queen Consort Camilla, followed by the Prince and Princess of Wales, William, and Kate Middleton.
The Duke of Sussex does not follow his older brother and his wife, but rather the next mentioned is the Earl and Countess of Wessex, better known as Edward and Sophie.
The Duke of York is the only royal who falls beneath Archie and Lilibet's parents.
Edward, the youngest child of the late Queen, is not even in the immediate line of succession for the crown.
After William, the next in line to reign is his eldest son, Prince George, followed by his daughter Princess Charlotte, and youngest child Prince Louis.
Henry would be given the keys to the kingdom after Louis.
