The Brian O'Hare Rehabilitation Centre has been providing services for 40 years and offers a range of programmes, including specialist therapy courses, to help clients improve their mental health.

The Royal Foundation, which Prince William and Catherine set up in 2009, is helping to fund six £20,000 therapy gardens and allotments at the centre, in collaboration with British Airways and Social Enterprise, Life at No.

The project is part of a series of community impact pilot projects that the couple is undertaking as part of their royal visits to communities.

During their visits, they will witness the first of the therapy gardens and allotments that their foundation is helping to fund.

Later that day, the couple visited a leisure centre in Port Talbot, where they competed against each other during a fixed bike spin class.

Catherine was awarded a gold trophy after beating her husband, who joked that he had been receiving non-stop grief from her about the rugby match all weekend.
