Princess Charlotte and Prince William Wish England’s Lionesses Good Luck

The Duke of Cambridge, , and his daughter have sent a message of support to England's women's football team ahead of their final match against Germany in the UEFA Women's Euro 2022.

The seven-year-old princess and her father featured in an endearing video message that was shared on Twitter.

Wearing a blue denim shirt, could be seen beaming in the video while his daughter, dressed in a blue and white polka dot t-shirt, was cradling him in her arms.

“We both want to wish the lionesses the best of luck for tonight.

You've done amazingly well in the competition and we're rooting for you all the way,” William said.

Chiming in, Charlotte then shared, “Good luck, I hope you win, bye,” as she waved her hand and smiled for the camera.

The official Instagram account for the lionesses responded to the message, thanking them for their support.

Royal supporters expressed their adoration for the father-daughter duo in the comments section, with one user writing, “Sooooooo Cuuute,” followed by an emoji of a heart with eyes.

During a visit to the women's football team at St George's Park in Staffordshire, Prince William revealed that shares her older brother George's passion for football.

He also let out that Charlotte had begged him to let the lionesses know that she is good in goal and a budding star for the future.

Princess Charlotte is known for her fiery personality and is considered to be the most sassy of all the Cambridge children.

She is more outspoken than her older brother, , and her younger brother, .

During the celebrations for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, she was reportedly observed holding her brothers in check.

However, during a public appearance alongside her parents, she engaged in some mischievous behaviour, which put her mother, Catherine, in a state of astonishment.

In 2019, while attending a sailing competition on the Isle of Wight with her family, Charlotte poked her tongue out while her mother was waving to people below.

Catherine didn't seem overly impressed when she realised what her daughter was doing.

Despite this, Princess Charlotte has charmed crowds at many public appearances, and it could be that she will accompany her father to one of the year's biggest sporting events.

The Duke of Cambridge is not only a fan of football but also the president of the Football Association.

He was gifted personalized shirts for his three children during his visit to the women's football team, with their names and ages on the back.

England's women's captain, Leah Williamson, was told by Prince William that George is a member of a local team and is very competitive.

It seems that football runs in the Cambridge family, and Princess Charlotte is no exception.
