Princess Charlotte’s Fourth Birthday Party Plans Revealed by Prince William

, the daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, is celebrating her fourth birthday on Thursday, and it seems that she is going to have quite a party.

revealed to children's author Julia Donaldson that his little girl was having a rowdy celebration with lots of friends.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are making sure that their daughter has the birthday of her dreams.

Donaldson said that after meeting William, he mentioned that it was his daughter's birthday and he loves her books.

He reads her stories to his children, and he said that he was going to have quite a rowdy party because he has a lot of children coming.

The news comes shortly after Kensington Palace released three stunning pictures of the birthday girl.

The palace issued a statement thanking everyone for their lovely messages for 's fourth birthday.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were pleased to share three new photographs of Princess Charlotte ahead of her fourth birthday.

The pictures were taken in April by the Duchess at Kensington Palace and at their home in Norfolk.

As per family tradition, Duchess Kate went behind the lens to take the adorable pictures herself.

The first picture shows Charlotte sitting on the grass at Kensington Palace, dressed in a pretty blue floral smock dress.

The other two photos were taken in the family's garden at their country home, Anmer Hall.

Just last week, Kate released snaps of her youngest son, , to mark his first birthday.

Kate is an accomplished amateur photographer who has lifetime honorary membership of the Royal Photographic Society, which recognized her talent and enthusiasm.

Charlotte is the second child of and Kate, and a sister to and .

She was born at the Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington on May 2, 2015.

Her aunt and uncle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, were among the first to wish Charlotte a happy fourth birthday.

They wrote on Instagram, “Happy birthday Charlotte!

Lots of love, H&M XO,” adding a birthday cake and red balloon emoji.

They also ended the message with the XO, which translates to a kiss and a hug.
