Queen Elizabeth II Deeply Upset by Prince Harry’s Latest Allegations

II is reportedly deeply upset by the recent allegations made by her grandson, , regarding his treatment in the royal family.

According to sources, the monarch is shaken by what the Duke of Sussex revealed in his new TV docuseries, The Me You Can't See, and particularly what he said about ' parenting.

Several sources claim Her Majesty considers the repeated comments since the bombshell interview with US host Oprah in March as very personal criticisms of her family.

A source told the Mail Online that Harry's grandmother has taken this very personally and is deeply upset by what Harry has said, especially his comments about Charles' parenting and suggesting his father knows no better because of how he was brought up.

It has been a very upsetting time for the Queen.

During the show, Harry claimed his dad Charles told him, “well, it was like that for me, so it's going to be like that for you.”

He went further to allege that when he went to the firm for help over the online abuse he and wife Meghan experienced, they were totally neglected and met with total silence.

Another source, close to Charles, claimed the Prince of Wales is still maintaining hope of reconciliation with his son, who moved to the US with the Duchess of Sussex and son last year.

“I don't think the Prince will cut his son off despite what Harry has said,” one friend said.

“Charles will want to engage, but it's fair to say what Harry has said in both interviews with Oprah has been seen as very callous within the family.

If Harry was to attack the Queen in a more personal way, Charles would close ranks with the Queen without a doubt and Harry would be out in the cold.”

The friend further claimed that the future King was feeling wretched and wants to mend the feud.

It comes as , who sat with the Duke for two programmes, defended the Sussexes.

She said after the explosive interviews, the world now understands why they left the UK.

“You know, I ask for privacy and am talking all the time.

So I think being able to have a life that you are not intruded upon by photographers or people flying overhead or invading your life is what every person wants and deserves, to not be intruded and invaded upon.

That's what people are missing.
