Tyler Perry and Other Celebrity Friends Snub Prince Harry’s Memoir

Prince Harry's upcoming memoir has received heavy criticism, with the prince's celebrity friends snubbing the book.

Even his best friend, Tyler Perry, who previously defended the Sussexes, has surprisingly remained silent.

It seems that all of Harry's outspoken supporters have disappeared, leaving many wondering what they must be thinking now.

In 2020, when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left the monarchy, they stayed in Tyler Perry's stunning $18 million Beverly Hills mansion.

Despite never having met the royal couple, the famed comedian and filmmaker sent Meghan a note ahead of her wedding after seeing the media storm surrounding her relationship with Harry and empathizing with her.

However, Tyler didn't elaborate any further on how he got in touch with Markle, declining to reveal more information about the initial contact between them.

Although Tyler remained mum on the circumstances surrounding his first contact with Meghan, it turns out the pair actually have plenty of A-list friends in common who could well have been responsible for that first introduction.

They have strong friendships with talk show host Oprah Winfrey, who Meghan and Harry famously sat down with for their first interview after stepping away from the royal family.

However, Gayle King, another potential link for Meghan and Tyler, later told Entertainment Tonight that Oprah didn't hook them up.

“Harry and Meghan know people, Tyler knows people, Oprah knows people, but she didn't make that connection for Harry and Meghan to live in Tyler's house,” she stated.

Not only did Tyler Perry loan them his house, but he also provided security and put up extra safety measures after the paparazzi found out the location.

However, according to a fascinating rumor posted by Markle News on Instagram, Tyler Perry wasn't thrilled that Markle was allegedly abusing his long-time employees.

The alleged story claims that there were some issues where Meghan got upset over a towel.

She threw a tantrum at one of Tyler Perry's workers, who spoke limited amounts of English.

She then screamed at Harry when he attempted to walk out in an unknown context.

Allegedly, she said he would always be in his brother's shadow and he needed her to succeed.

A member of staff went to pick up what Meghan had thrown.

In the evening, Tyler Perry returned to the house and was not impressed.

A staff member had allegedly called him to tell him what had happened.

Meghan's entire demeanor changed, but he didn't care.

The abused woman announced she would no longer work for Perry because of Markle.

She had been working for him for 14 years.

A meeting concluded that the Sussexes had to vacate the premises as Tyler Perry wanted them gone.

However, he used an excuse for friends when he wanted the house back.

That's when Meghan allegedly whined about wanting the entire house for security reasons.

Perry then called Oprah in Hawaii to get her friends out of his home.

Eventually, Oprah sent people to pick the Sussexes up.

Meghan continued to complain, and Markle didn't even say goodbye as she, Harry, and Archie left.

It is not clear whether these rumors are true, but they have certainly added fuel to the fire of criticism surrounding Prince Harry's memoir.

With even his closest celebrity friends snubbing the book, it remains to be seen how well it will be received by the public.
