Meghan Markle is a liar, according to Simi Garewal, who tweeted, “She is using the race card to gain sympathy.”
The world's reaction to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's candid interview with Oprah Winfrey has been mixed. Simi Garewal, a veteran actor and talk show host, also took to Twitter to say that she doesn't believe a word Meghan said on the show.
Simi wrote, “#OprahMeghanHarry I don't believe a word Meghan says. Not a word. She is lying to make herself a victim. She is using the race card to gain sympathy. Evil.”
She realized, however, that the word evil was ‘excessive,' so she substituted it with ‘calculating.' She went on to say, “I withdraw the word ‘evil'. It was excessive. Calculating would have been more appropriate… ”
She also tweeted later that night, “Ho humm…Yawning face.. Enough of Oprah/Meghan/Harry!!!. Tomorrow is another day.. we have our own lives to navigate. ”
Her anti-Meghan tweets drew a lot of attention from the internet. While some agreed with Simi's viewpoints, others joked that she was taking it all too seriously.
