Meghan Markle has been voted the’most popular Royal’ in a global poll, beating Kate and the Queen.

According to a global poll, the Duchess of Sussex is the most popular member of the British Royal Family.

Meghan Markle has surpassed Prince Harry as the most famous member of the British Royal Family – but only by a hair.

The Duchess of Sussex received a popularity score of 14.5 percent, narrowly beating out Kate Middleton, who received 14.4 percent.

Her Majesty the Queen was ranked third in the survey by online shopping platform OnBuy, with a ranking of 14.3 percent, demonstrating how similar the top three are.

Meghan revealed at the start of 2020 that she will be stepping down as a senior royal following a whirlwind year.

Meghan expanded her as a speaker over Zoom calls during the coronavirus pandemic, even though she didn't hold royal engagements.

Her husband, Prince Harry, on the other hand, saw his popularity plummet after his decision to leave the royal family.

In the OnBuy poll, he beat out Prince William as the fourth most famous UK royal.

The Duke of Sussex received a 14.2 percent ranking, putting him on top by a fraction of a percentage point.
