Prince William and Wife Enjoy Luxurious Weekend Thanks to Aston Martin
Prince William and his wife, Catherine, recently enjoyed a luxurious and exciting weekend, thanks to a generous gift from Aston Martin.
The couple was given a top-of-the-range Aston Martin to test drive for the weekend and treated to a James Bond-style experience.
The Prince of Wales took Catherine in the proudly Welsh-built Aston Martin DBX707, the world's fastest SUV, for a spin around Norfolk.
The couple enjoyed a thrilling weekend of speeding through the countryside in the classic sports car, taking in all the sights of the countryside while enjoying the luxury of their ride.
The fastest SUV in the world, with a top speed of 193mph, is the £189,000 Aston, which is also the first production vehicle to be made in South Wales in more than 50 years.
A little over 1,000 people were employed at the four-year-old South Wales facility to make the speedy car, the Daily Mail reported.

According to the report, the fact that the car the Prince of Wales drove was made in Wales by Welsh workers was not a coincidence.
The Prince had the opportunity to operate the vehicle for the duration of the weekend, but unlike 007, he chose to return the keys after his test drive rather than ejecting from the vehicle and crashing it into a river.
Aston Martins have long been a favourite of William's.
When William and his wife got married in 2011, they left Buckingham Palace in a vintage Aston adorned with balloons in the national colours of the UK.
The news comes after an astrologer made 2023 predictions around the Prince and Princess of Wales.
The couple were one of several members of the Royal Family who have just had a busy, grieving and sometimes emotional year in mourning for Queen Elizabeth's loss in September before taking on their new, more high-profile roles.
They also relocated to Windsor, where they were kept busy enrolling their three kids in new schools.
After the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's Netflix documentary series premiered, the Royal Family was subjected to much greater scrutiny than normal.
The late Princess Diana's astrologer, Debbie Frank, predicted that Catherine will be a solid support for her husband in the coming year.
She claims that the Princess of Wales is born under William's opposite sign, the sure and steady Capricorn that anchors her more emotionally reactive husband.
No stranger to having the Sussexes land major news on or around her birthday, if this year will see her step up in new ways that endear her to the public, increasing her relatability and getting involved with issues that show she's clearly in touch with what's going on in the world and people's lives.
Debbie claims that starting this summer, Catherine would have more chances to demonstrate her talents.
Finally, she says, June is her mega-month to rise and shine.
Like William, the autumn is a strong period for Catherine to make her mark, and she too is busy delivering on a clear set of goals.
For Catherine, 2023 gives her a real opportunity to establish her identity as Princess of Wales.
The Royal couple is currently enjoying their Christmas holiday with their children, Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4.
The compassionate duo cut their vacation short to share their condolences at the passing of football legend Pele by posting a touching homage to him on Instagram.
