Princess Charlotte Takes After Her Great-Grandmother Queen Elizabeth in Latest Cambridge Family Christmas Card

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's 2021 Christmas card release has brought joy to British Royal Family fans.

The Cambridge family posed for a photograph while enjoying a private break in Jordan a few months ago.

The family's Christmas card snap for this year sees them all gathered together, beaming for the camera.

Unlike previous years, the Cambridge family opted for summer clothing but still perfectly coordinated as they usually are for family portraits.

Catherine looked chic in an olive green dress, while William went for smart casual in a polo shirt and shorts.

Their children, George, Charlotte, and Louis, all dressed in summer wear, beamed for the camera.

The photograph is undeniably sweet, but the main talking point is how grown-up and beautiful looks.

She is the spitting image of her great-grandmother, .

The six-year-old princess wore a blue gingham printed dress for the shoot and looked natural in front of the camera, perched with her hands crossed in front of her and her long hair swept to the side.

Fans were quick to note how much looked like the Queen and even mirrored Her Majesty's favored pose.

One person wrote on Twitter, “What a handsome family!

You can really see in Princess Charlotte.”

Another commented, “Charlotte is such a cute princess.

She is the mini version of the Queen,” while another added, “Charlotte is the image of the Queen.

Adorable!”

Other commentators spoke about how beautiful Princess Charlotte looked in the picture.

One said, “Princess Charlotte is such a beauty,” while another added, “Charlotte is so beautiful.”

Someone else pointed out, “Look how gorgeous little Princess Charlotte is,” and a final user quipped, “Little Lottie's hair is shining like Rapunzel's.”

The Queen is close with her grandson and his wife Catherine and regularly sees her great-grandchildren.

During a recent face-to-face engagement at Windsor Castle, the monarch inadvertently revealed a never-seen-before photograph of her great-grandchildren.

The frame could be seen behind the monarch next to her signature black handbag on a console table.

It looks to show Her Majesty and her late husband, the Duke of Edinburgh, posing for a photograph with five of their great-grandchildren.

Charlotte appears to be sitting on her great-grandmother's lap, while big brother stands behind the sofa in a navy-collared jumper.

Meanwhile, Peter and Autumn Philip's eldest daughter, Savannah, seems to be standing next to her great-grandfather, wearing a mauve-colored dress, while younger sister Isla is at the opposite end.

Mike and Zara Tindall's eldest daughter, Mia, looks to be sitting in the middle in a navy-collared dress.

The ages of the children in the photograph suggest it was taken before 2018, as and Lena Tindall do not appear to be present.

The Cambridge family's fans are delighted to see the latest Christmas card release, showing how Princess Charlotte takes after her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth.

It is clear that the Royal Family's legacy continues to live on through the generations.
