Prince Harry Plans to Return to UK for Christmas to Reconcile with Family

has been going through a tough time lately after the loss of his grandmother, the Queen.

The prince appeared to be in great distress as he attended the funeral last week with his wife, , despite ongoing disputes with his father and brother.

According to an unnamed source who spoke to Heat UK, was reluctant to leave his family behind and return to America.

The source revealed that even though there are still tensions between the prince and his relatives, they will always be bonded for life since they are family.

After the Queen's funeral, Prince Harry wanted to stay for a few more days in the United Kingdom, but he figured that wouldn't likely agree, so he just went home with her.

The source further disclosed that Prince Harry would have liked to fly his kids over and extend their stay so he could spend more time with his father and try to mend things with William.

However, Markle didn't feel the same way about Prince Harry's family and didn't want to make the distance between them even bigger.

The Duke of Sussex is reportedly looking for the perfect opportunity to return to the United Kingdom so he can spend more time with his family.

According to the source, he intends to come back before Christmas, most likely alone, to sit down with the King and his brother and call a truce.

He's hopeful that his father will compromise so he and Meghan can still be part of the royal family while doing their own thing in the US.

However, before Prince Harry can set foot in the UK again and spend time with his family, King Charles III needs to approve his son's plans first.

It's unclear what his schedule would be like then because he will most likely be busy with his new royal duties.

Adding to Prince Harry's woes is the imminent tell-all book he confirmed he was writing last year.

Expert Robert Jobson has claimed the Duke of Sussex is at risk of losing millions of pounds from a book deal if he decides to change some of his stories.

He said, “I don't know if he can dampen it down because if he does then the amount of money he's been paid the publishers might turn around and say, we don't want to pay you the rest.”

Questions were raised over the memoir last week when Vanity Fair's royal correspondent Katie Nicoll released the book The New Royals, claiming King Charles III is seriously concerned about what his second-born will say.
