Prince Harry “Absolutely Furious” Over Treatment at Queen’s Platinum Jubilee
Prince Harry is reportedly feeling “absolutely furious” about the way he was treated during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
According to a leading royal expert, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex appeared at only one public event alongside some 40 other royals at the National Service of Thanksgiving at St. Paul's Cathedral in London on Friday, June 3.
However, they did not appear on the balcony of Buckingham Palace where only working royals joined the Sovereign.
Angela Levin, author of “Harry, a Biography of a Prince,” told The Sun, “The thing that really stood out for me on that day was Harry's anger – he wears his emotions on his face and he looked absolutely furious.”
She added that he could have been feeling a range of emotions, including regret for what he has lost or recalling bad memories.
The appearance on Friday was the Sussexes' first alongside the Windsors since they stepped down as senior royals in 2020.

They continued to maintain a low profile over the Jubilee weekend, missing a star-studded concert in front of Buckingham Palace on Saturday, June 4.
A spokesperson for the couple said they were spending the day privately as they marked the first birthday of their daughter Lilibet.
The Sussexes enjoyed a private picnic at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor along with family friend and photographer Misson Harriman, who photographed Lilibet in a blue dress and white bow to mark the occasion.
However, their low profile during the Jubilee led Sky News Australia's foreign correspondent Annalise Nielsen to claim they had been completely separated from senior royals during the celebrations.
Lady Colin Campbell claimed the couple had missed a Guildhall reception after the service at St. Paul's because they were worried about only being third-tier royals.
Speaking to GB News, she claimed, “They are worried their brand has been irretrievably damaged by the fact the whole world knows that they have only third-tier roles.”
Meanwhile, the trial of two men, including one accused of being a white supremacist who allegedly described the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's son Archie as an abomination that should be put down in his online podcast, is due to continue today.
Prince Harry's body language had an air of sadness after returning to the U.S. from a brief visit to the UK for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, an expert has said.
The Duke of Sussex and his wife, Meghan Markle, reportedly jetted out of the UK to the U.S. early on Sunday just hours before the Jubilee celebrations came to a close with a pageant.
Commenting on Harry's expressions while in a car in Santa Barbara, California, body language expert Judy James told the Mirror, “He might be holding a phone to his ear but if so, his conversation isn't looking animated or upbeat and if not his hand-to-chin gesture would add to the look of quiet reflection.”
James added that Harry's expressions while in the car suggested an air of reflection and sadness with the way his eyes are averted to gaze out of the window.
Harry and Meghan also only appeared in public once during their time in the UK, at the Queen's Jubilee Thanksgiving service at St. Paul's Cathedral on Friday, June 3.
Referring to the same, James said, “Meghan and Harry did a heroic job of looking resilient and upbeat while keeping a low profile and avoiding any signals of anything bordering on drama, although Harry's body language leaked signals of inner anxiety were pronounced.”
Being relegated from the super-popular, A-list prince of Netflix who has cheered to the rafters for his campaigns to make the world a better place to the back-row royal position at St. Paul's must have hurt and it would only seem natural if he did rush back for a return visit any day soon, if ever,” she added.
