Prince William Reveals Sweet Thing He Does for Daughter Charlotte

During a recent trip to Blackpool, met with fellow fathers and shared a heartwarming story about his daughter .

The Duke of Cambridge was chatting with members of the Dads for Life group when he and his wife Kate came across some bird boxes made by the group's members, who often get together to improve their DIY skills.

One father in the group had the couple in stitches when he revealed that he found brushing and putting a bubble in his daughter's hair impossible.

William responded by joking, “Never tried to do a ponytail.

Nightmare.”

He then went on to say, “I can do Charlotte a ponytail but that's about it as I don't have enough hair to practice on.”

Kate also admitted to finding plaiting Charlotte's hair a tricky task, adding, “Have you tried to do a plait?

It's the weaving.

Really hard.”

The couple's candid conversation with the fathers' group showed their down-to-earth parenting style and how they deal with everyday challenges.

During a walkabout, the father of three also revealed that his children have a sweet tooth.

After a group of children gave him some Blackpool rock, William told them how much George, Charlotte, and Louie would love to eat it.

Kate also expressed her desire to bring their children back to Blackpool, saying, “There's so much here the children would love as well.

Hopefully next time we'll bring them back.”

The Cambridges' visit to Blackpool was aimed at learning more about the town's recent history, challenges, and investment in regeneration efforts that are currently underway.

Kate continued her work on early childhood and joined people involved in Blackpool's A Better Start program, while William met those affected by problems around mental health, including issues such as homelessness and addiction.
