Prince Harry met the Queen privately ‘at least twice’ while in the UK

After Prince Philip's funeral, Prince Harry visited the Queen personally “at least twice” and spoke to Charles and William, according to a friend.

When Prince Harry flew to the UK for the ceremony on Saturday, he had the chance to mend the divide between him and his family.

The Duke of Sussex visited the Monarch many times after he flew in to mourn his grandfather, according to Omid, the author of Finding Freedom.

“The love and respect he has for his grandmother will always be unwavering,” the co-author of Finding Freedom wrote in Bazaar.com.

“This trip was to honour the life of his grandfather and support his grandmother and relatives.

“It was very much a family-focused period of time. Saturday broke the ice for future conversations but outstanding issues have not been addressed at any great length.

“The family simply put their issues to one side to focus on what mattered.”

It was his first trip back to the nation since he and Meghan Markle gave Oprah Winfrey a bombshell interview in which a series of shocking comments about the Royal Family were made.

While tensions persist, Harry is said to have held two-hour peace talks with his father, Prince Charles, brother, Prince William, and sister-in-law, Kate Middleton.

The funeral of Prince Philip was held at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle, and it was the first time Harry had seen his family since formally stepping down from his royal post in March 2020.

Mr Scobie reported that while in the country, Harry stayed at Frogmore Cottage in the grounds of Windsor Castle.

He went back to California on Tuesday to be with his pregnant wife Meghan, but he skipped the Queen's 95th birthday celebrations.

However, not everything is as it seems.

According to Scobie, the Duke saw a host of family members, including Princess Eugenie and her infant son.

Finding Freedom, an explosive biography of the Sussexes' decision to stand down as senior royals, was published last year by the royal reporter.

Meghan and her one-year-old son Archie are said to have spoken to the Queen before the funeral.

Harry is due to attend a rescheduled ceremony at Kensington Palace with his brother William.

Although the Duke of Sussex is likely to have made some strides in mending fences with his family, strains persist after his interview with Oprah Winfrey last month, which aired while Philip was in hospital.

One of the most surprising allegations leveled against the Sussexes are that an unidentified family member expressed “concerns” over the color of baby Archie's skin.

Harry arrived in the United States yesterday, just in time for his grandmother's 95th birthday (on Wednesday April 21 2021).

He and his pregnant wife Meghan Markle are said to be back in the neighborhood of Montecito, California.

Since he'd reportedly purchased an open-ended ticket, royal fans wished he'd stay to see his grandmother on her birthday.

He did, however, return to the United States after nine days in the United Kingdom.
