Duchess of Cambridge’s Future Role as Queen: Queen Elizabeth II Proud of Her Protege

The British Royal Family has been through a lot of challenges lately, but there is one thing that the Queen is proud of – the Duchess of Cambridge's remarkable rise to future queen.

According to Woman's Day, the monarch has confided in her closest aides that she feels her work with Catherine is done, and she's all set to one day be Queen Consort to the future King William.

Palace insiders reveal that the Queen has poured everything into preparing Catherine for the road ahead, and she's proved to be an A-plus student.

The Duchess of Cambridge, who wowed at the recent Earthshot Prize, a climate initiative that is the brainchild of , has been a wonderful addition and asset to the Royal Family ever since she married Wills, says a source.

The Duchess of Cambridge has received praise for presenting an award and giving a short speech during the televised ceremony of her husband's inaugural The Earthshot Prize.

Kate accompanied to the star-studded event on October 17 and presented the final award to the Republic of Costa Rica, despite the Royal Family's tendency to avoid taking to the stage in a Hollywood way.

But for too long we've neglected our wild spaces and now we're facing a number of tipping points.

If we don't act now, we will permanently destabilise our planet and we will rob our children of the future they deserve.”

The Earthshot Prize was launched by the Duke of Cambridge and Sir David Attenborough last year, in a bid to create positivity within the climate change debate.

The Duchess of Cambridge's speech was well received, and she was praised for her eloquence and grace.

The Queen is happy with the Duchess's progress and feels that she is ready to take on the role of Queen Consort when the time comes.

Her Majesty believes that Catherine has what it takes to be a great queen, and she has no doubt that she will be an asset to the Royal Family for many years to come.
