Prince Harry’s Playful Childhood Pranks Remembered Ahead of Wedding
As the world prepares for the upcoming royal wedding, a new documentary has been released featuring touching memories of Prince Harry's childhood pranks.
Former royal insiders shared their stories and predicted how the prince will remember his late mother on his big day.
William French, a former butler who worked on the royal yacht, spoke about how the 33-year-old's whole demeanour has changed since meeting his bride-to-be Meghan Markle.
Mr French said, “He'll take one look up, I can guarantee he'll look up and say, ‘I've done it mum,' and she'll be so proud of him.
That's what's so special.”
The documentary also featured former Kensington Palace chef Carolyn Robb, who fondly recalled hiding the playful young prince in kitchen cupboards when he was running away from his nanny.

Robb explained, “I have very vivid memories of being in the kitchens at Kensington Palace.
I remember hearing very fast, scampering children's footsteps as Harry tore along the landing and then flew down the stairs towards the kitchen.
On more than one occasion Harry was trying to escape from his nanny.
He said quick, help, help, I need to hide.
There were some very low down cupboards so it was very quick to scoop Harry in and close the door.”
French described the visible change in the royal since meeting former actress Meghan on a blind date in 2016.
He said, “His whole demeanour has changed since he's been with Meghan, you can see that excitedness in him, it'll be lovely to see him on the wedding day, seeing that little face bright.”
The butler, who served Prince Charles and Diana and the Queen and Prince Philip on board the yacht, was one of several royal insiders interviewed for the documentary.
Chef Carolyn Robb, who joined the staff at Kensington Palace when Harry was just four years old and left when he was 15, used to help the young prince hide in the kitchens when he was running away from his nanny.
Harry and his brother the Duke of Cambridge had a very playful relationship with their parents when they were young, according to the former insiders featured on the show.
They said that with Prince Charles they would often have pillow fights and rough and tumble, while Diana would crawl around the floor giving them piggyback rides.
Former bodyguard Ken Weirf recalled the time when Harry dyed his bath bright red in one particularly cheeky prank.
He said, “I remember one particular day running a bath, I went back to my office room and came back and there's this bath now bright red, I thought Christ, what is this, and of course Harry had seen me running a bath, gone down to the kitchen and asked the chef have you got something I can put on the bath, well the chefs are very much into this game as well so they give Harry a bottle of red cochineal and he empties all the contents into the bath.
It was then his mother comes down and finds all this.
That's how it was, it was great fun.”
