Prince William’s Popularity Soars as Brother Harry’s Plummets, Says Royal Expert
According to a royal expert, Prince William's popularity is on the rise while his brother Prince Harry's is plummeting.
The siblings reportedly had a highly competitive relationship before Harry and Meghan Markle stepped back as senior royals in 2020.
Camilla Tominey, The Telegraph's associate editor, says a large part of Harry and Meghan's problem with the monarchy was that they constantly felt overshadowed by the Cambridges.
However, their bid for financial independence in California has apparently not gone down well with the British public, with the royal expert claiming that many people would prefer it if they disappeared from view altogether.
Camilla wrote, “It must frustrate Prince Harry that his own popularity has become so obviously inversely proportional to his brother's.
They had a highly competitive relationship before Harry and Meghan decided to throw a grenade under the Queen and the royal family in favour of earning Kardashian cash in the US.”

Camilla said this was demonstrated in a recent YouGov poll which found that six in ten people want the Sussexes to be stripped of their titles or to stop using them.
She added, “The better William and Kate perform, the worse Harry and Meghan look for breaking up the Fab Four in the first place.”
In his latest Apple TV documentary series, Harry voiced his resentment at being told to play the game to make life easier in the House of Windsor.
He said, “I've got a hell of a lot of my mum in me.
The only way to free yourself and break out is to tell the truth.”
The documentary, entitled The Me You Can't See, centres around mental health and was made with the help of Oprah Winfrey.
