Excitement Mounts as Prince Harry and Meghan Await First Child’s Arrival

Prince Harry and his wife Meghan are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child, and it seems the rest of the royal family is just as excited.

During Prince Charles and Camilla's first royal visit to Cuba this week, the Duchess of Cornwall expressed her joy at the upcoming birth of Harry and Meghan's baby.

According to Telegraph, the royal couple were swarmed by the public during a walkabout through Havana's Old Town.

Surrounded by royal protection officers and Cuban security, the pair had their hands full keeping back the crowds as they explored the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Amid the frenzy, an American tourist named Mimi Ricketts asked the 71-year-old Duchess if she was excited about the new baby joining the family.

Beaming in her sky blue dress, Camilla immediately replied, “Yes, very much so.”

Meghan has revealed that the royal baby is due late in April or early May, but experts are predicting that the healthy size of her baby bump indicates she could be just weeks away from giving birth.

The couple is also planning to move into their new home in Windsor ahead of the baby's arrival.

According to Hello magazine, the Duchess is thought to have wrapped up her official engagements as she prepares for the birth.

However, she is reportedly still sitting in on private meetings and working on the grounds of Kensington Palace.

Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall have been undertaking a historic royal visit, becoming the first members of the British royal family to visit Cuba in an official capacity.

The trip is seen as an attempt to help form closer ties between the UK and Cuba, which were enemies during the Cold War.

The couple's arrival was met with warm welcomes from the townspeople, followed by an official wreath-laying ceremony at the memorial of essayist and poet José Martí, a Cuban national hero.

They are also due to join the country's president for an official dinner.

Later this week, they will be joined by Commonwealth Minister Lord Ahmad, who is flying to the country to represent the UK government.
