Prince Harry Left Balmoral in Anger After Being Kicked Out of Dinner by Charles

did not join his father King Charles and brother for dinner at Balmoral on the night the Queen passed away, according to reports.

When news broke of the Queen's failing health on Thursday, members of the royal family, including Charles, William, and Harry, rushed to Balmoral to be by her side.

While Charles and William traveled together with other relatives, Harry made the trip separately.

After the announcement of the Queen's passing, the royals stayed the night at Balmoral before Charles, William, the new Prince of Wales, and Harry all made their separate ways back to London.

However, according to royal expert Richard Kaye writing in the Daily Mail, despite all being on the Highlands estate together, sources say the King went to his Burke Hall home with William, but Harry stayed at Balmoral Castle with his other relatives.

Kaye quotes a source as saying that two dinners were being hosted on the royal estate that night, with a clear divide: one was for the new King and his heir, while the other was for the rest of the family.

This has led to speculation about the already tense relationship between the two brothers, reportedly sparked by William's concerns over Harry's fast-developing relationship with ahead of their royal wedding in 2018.

The rift between the two brothers boiled over, with Harry claiming his brother was trapped within the royal system during a bombshell interview with after quitting as a senior.

However, just under 48 hours later, William sent a dramatic final-hour text inviting Harry and wife to Windsor Castle to view tributes to the late Queen and greet well-wishers with him and wife Kate, the new Princess of Wales.

Both couples arrived dressed all in black and looked slightly nervous as they spent about 40 minutes chatting to waiting fans outside the grounds of the castle.

William and Kate were due to meet well-wishers and look at the floral tributes before William sent a text offering Meghan and Harry a last-minute invitation to join them, a source told the Daily Mail.

Meanwhile, Harry issued a personal and emotional tribute to his grandmother, the Queen, following her death at the age of 96 on Thursday.

His tribute talked about his darling wife Meghan meeting Her Majesty and his children and hugging their great-grandmother.

In a statement released this morning, he said, “In celebrating the life of my grandmother, Her Majesty the Queen, and in mourning her loss, we are all reminded of the guiding compass she was to so many in her commitment to service and beauty.

She was globally admired and respected.

Her unwavering grace and dignity remained true throughout her life and now her everlasting legacy.”

Despite his recent strained relations with the British Royal Family after leaving the monarchy in 2020, Harry recollects on some of his favorite memories.
