Oprah Winfrey Declines Meghan’s Invitation to 42nd Birthday Bash

Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, is set to celebrate her 42nd birthday next week with a star-studded party in Montecito.

However, it seems that one notable guest, Oprah Winfrey, has declined the invitation.
