Prince Harry and Prince William are giving each other “space”
During his sit-down interview with Oprah Winfrey on Sunday, Prince Harry revealed that he already has a lot of respect for his older sibling, Prince William. However, just because they've been brothers for a long time doesn't mean they don't need time apart.
When Winfrey questioned about Prince Harry's current relationship with his brother, the Duke of Sussex replied, “As I previously said, I adore William. We've both been through hell, and we've both had similar encounters, but we're on different paths.”
“The relationship is ‘space' at the moment. And time heals all things, hopefully.” Prince Harry added.

Earlier in the interview, Prince Harry shared his feelings for both his brother and his father, Prince Charles, and how he sees their positions as kings-in-waiting as “trapped” roles within the monarchy.
“It's a part of the role. That's what's expected, no matter who you are in the family, no matter what's going on in your personal life, no matter what's just happened,” Even in the middle of personal crises, you are required to continue to perform royal duties, according to Harry. Harry also said that he recognizes that, because of his position in the line of succession and the impossibility of him being King, he has a level of independence that his father and brother would never experience.
“My father and brother are imprisoned. They don't have the option of leaving [their roles] “Harry remarked. “And for that, I have a great deal of sympathy.”
